In its infancy, Classic Constructions continued to develop commercial and educational projects. In 2006, Mr. Mathew moved to Kochi, the booming commercial city of Kerala and began real estate development and residential projects under the brand name, Classic Homes. In this venture, he is ably supported by his father - Mr K.P Thomas - retired Block Development Officer (B.D.O) and his wife Mrs. Petty Mathew, a graduate in Computer Applications, who heads Classic Homes’ Sales and Marketing division.

Mr K.T.Mathew is The State President of GRACE (Graduates' Association of Civil Engineers). He is also an active member of The Rotary Cochin International Fraternity.

Classic Homes team will not be complete without its experienced and skilled professionals in all related fields including architects, engineers, site supervisors and interior designers. The quality and prestige of each Classic Homes project is testimony to their commitment to quality and pride in their trade.
